The Real Community Association Managers of Columbus is an interactive, panel-style event with a fun reality TV twist. Guided by our moderator Deryn Murphy, attendees will experience “episodes” from the latest season of The Real Community Association Managers of Columbus, where each segment introduces a real-world Community Association management challenge facing today’s communities.
From budget conflicts and maintenance emergencies to resident disputes and board dynamics, each scenario will spotlight issues Community Association managers navigate every day. Our panel of experienced Community Association managers will weigh in, share how they would handle the situation, and offer practical solutions, best practices, and professional insights.
Moderator/Host
Registration and networking will begin at 2pm, May21. We'll wrap up at 3:30 pm.
