The Fawcett Center, 2400 Olentangy River Rd., Columbus
Each team/table made up of Business Partners, Community Association Managers and Volunteer Leaders is given a “wheel of misfortune” spin that presents an unexpected reserve fund issue (e.g., emergency roof replacement, special assessment pushback, contractor shortages).
Teams have 5 - 10 minutes to craft a plan using available reserve funds, financing options, or creative Business Partner solutions. They pitch their solution to a panel of judges made up of Reserve Study Professionals.
Registration includes drinks and heavy appetizers!
Registration and networking will begin at 2pm, May 22. We'll wrap up at 4pm. Please be sure to register by Registration Deadline of May 16 to guarantee availability.
