Join presenters, Rick Gutridge and Barbara Davis of Puroclean, who will discuss how odor contamination from fire, smoke, water damage, and other odor sources affects structural materials, personal property, air quality, and the occupants’ sense of well-being. Participants will learn the steps required to help remove the source and return the structure and contents to a pre-loss condition.
This course is approved by Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) to fulfill continuing education requirements for the CMCA® certification. www.camicb.org.
