November Luncheon - Community Associations: Today and Tomorrow

The Fawcett Center, OSU Campus

Community Associations:   Today and Tomorrow

Following our last luncheon where we learned about Central Ohio’s explosive population growth, we now turn our attention to how that growth specifically impact community association.  By the year, 2040, more than 50% of the housing stock will be in a common interest community.  During the program, we will discuss changing demographics, trends, statistics as well as changing consumer expectations that may shift the way boards govern, managers manage.

Dawn M. Bauman CAELeading that discussion will be Dawn Bauman, CAI’s senior vice president for government and public affairs.  Dawn is a dynamic speaker who brings extraordinary insight into the community association industry through her constant interaction with government officials at both a state and national level on CAI’s behalf.   We will focus on giving community association managers and industry professional the information needed to prepare for the fast evolving community association market.
